This Privacy Policy is governed by the internal laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and by applicable U.S. federal laws. All disputes or legal proceedings relating to this Privacy Policy shall be brought and heard exclusively in the federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, USA, or the state courts located in Lake County, Illinois, USA, and the Purchaser hereby irrevocably consents and submits to personal jurisdiction in such courts for all such disputes or legal proceedings.
